Flat Roofs

Many commercial and residential buildings have roofs with a low slope. Flat or nearly flat roofs are common for high-end residential, commercial, industrial buildings and medical facilities with wide roof spans. Your low slope roofing options:

Single Ply Roof Systems (TPO & PVC)

Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) and Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) are thermoplastic roof systems that are both light in color and reflective roof membranes. These types of roofs have great weathering properties due to the fact that they resist UV rays and most chemicals. They are resistant to tears and punctures, not to mention are a very light weight roof system. This system is great for a roof-over project.

Single Ply Roof Systems (EPDM)

This roof system is commonly known as a rubber roof system. EPEM is short for EthylinePropolneDieneTerpolymer. These systems can withstand most types of nature born stresses and have the ability to expand up to 300% and yet still maintain a 100% of the structural memory. This system has great weathering properties and is perfect for a roof-over project.

Asphalt Roofing Systems

Modified Bitumen is composed of asphalt and reinforced with either fiberglass or polyester which fortifies the roof system and provides more strength and resistance to punctures. This is done in layers to protect from water, extreme temperatures and wind uplift. Built up systems are multiple layers of felts, fabrics, or mats that are saturated with bitumen. This system can have a gravel application, a mineral cap sheet, or a weather resistant coating to help in the protection and longevity of the roof.

Sloped Roofs

Sloped roofs are common for residential and commercial buildings with historical significance. Many retail establishments and restaurants also have pitched roofs, which is any roof with slopes greater than 3-in-12. Exact costs vary depending on your aesthetic choices and difficulty of installation.

Asphalt Shingles

By far the greatest advantage of composition shingles roofing is its relatively low upfront cost. This is the most affordable roofing option in the short term, which is why so many homeowners favor it.

In most cases, a properly installed asphalt shingles roof will provide your home with a decent level of protection with an average lifespan of 12 to 17 years, all for a modest upfront cost.

Metal Roof

Metal roofs can be made from a variety of metals and alloys including Galvanized steel, Galvalume steel, stone-coated steel, aluminum, copper, zinc, terne, and stainless steel.

Slate Roof

If you are looking for a “lifetime” roofing system that can provide superior durability and add a distinctive touch of timeless beauty to your home, then consider investing in a natural slate roof.

Tile Roof

Tiles are mankind’s oldest manufactured roofing material, with the first use of clay tiles dating back to Ancient China. As with all roofing materials, but perhaps not so much as with tile, the upfront costs must be differentiated from the life-cycle costs. With the exception of some very high quality slate, clay tile is the most expensive roofing system you can get.

The watertight seal covers everything including around flashings, vents, and protrusions. This product does not contain any VOCs.

Cool Roof Coatings

Cool roofs feature highly reflective pigments and have the thickness of paint film. The reflective properties combat radiant heat from the sun. Due to the fact cool roofs absorb less heat, this is a great option for those without air conditioning or if you want to save on energy costs. Their protective nature keeps your property safe from chemical damage and water damage. Improve the comfort of your business and extend the life of your roof with cool roof coatings.

Silicone Coatings

Silicone coatings are a great option if you are looking for a proven long lasting solution for roof restoration. Many silicone applications can last between 10-25 years depending on the particular system installed. Some benefits of a silicone roof system are low odor, quick cure time, and no need for prior tear off as it applies over existing surfaces. These roofing systems also help save on energy as they are CRRC compliant.
